Inside - the world of Billy Young books is a place where children are self-empowered and realize they can change themselves and the world around them. The books are conscientiously, visually diverse! 

While each book is near and dear to Billy's heart, the last two: 123 Color Me Spring and Tabor's First "Day of Caring" - were created at the request of HOI United Way, for one of the largest reading programs in central Illinois. The latest book, Tabor's First Day of Caring was also included in the program's 10-year anniversary celebration and its proclamation by the City of Peoria!
